It's been reported that Shiritsu Ebisu Chuukagu member Kobayashi Kaho will take a temporary break from live activities. 

According to the group's official website, Kobayashi has been suffering from ear fatigue. After consulting her doctor, it was decided that she take a break from live activities for about a month. As such, she will be absent from the live event 'IDOL SQUARE Summer Festival 2022 in Hibiya Yaon ~Oshi wa Oseru Toki ni Ose~' on August 20, as well as four shows of their two-man tour 'Shiritsu Ebisu Chuugaku Major Debut 10th Anniversary 2MAN Zepp TOUR ~Hokago Rock'n'Roll~.'

As previously reported, member Mayama Rika will also be absent from the above-mentioned shows as she will be undergoing surgery to remove vocal cord polyps. 

While she will take a break from performing, Kobayashi will continue to carry out her other activities in a manner that doesn't affect her ears. She commented, "For a while, Ebichu's concert will be held with just seven members, but my feelings are with everyone! It would make me happy if you would continue to support me."
